Bellingham’s Berry Bush Rosé is a playful and very quaffable wine best enjoyed in its youth. It displays an enticing sparkly pink colour with dashes of salmon and a bouquet that is vibrant, exploding with aromas of Turkish Delight, crushed red berry, rose water and candied red apple. On the entry, the wine is fruity and soft with flavours that are reminiscent of spice and strawberry, leading to a buoyant, dry aftertaste. A fantastic food wine, it will pair perfectly with soft creamy cheeses, shrimp or prawn canapés, smoked salmon, smoked chicken salads or sushi.
