With origins in Burgundy, France, Pinot Noir represents something of the feminine side of red wines. Our Pinot Noir is elegant and subtle, with aromas of strawberries and raspberries along with notes of toasted French oak. It’s more feminine and sensual side is captivating on the palate, with good structure, soft, velvety tannins, and a long and lingering finish.

Aroma: Elegant and expressive with remarkable touches of fresh strawberries and traces of raspberries. At the end, some soft hints of rose petals appear that are complemented with delicate barrels flavours like cedar and tobacco.
Palate: Absolutely elegant with a correct presence of tannins and the barrel notes are very well integrated. The acidity is fresh due to the fruit that maintains a good balance among all the components of the wine. The end palate is outstanding thanks to the fresh raspberries and dried owers.
Suggested Pairings: Combines very well with grilled oily sh such as tuna.Also with white meats it manages to express itself deliciously well.
